At Saditty $alonz, every appointment is reserved with intention and care. To maintain a high-quality, luxury experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.

All appointment$ require a %50 non-refundable depo$it to secure your booking. This depo$it goes toward your total service.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. No exceptions.
⏰ CANCELLATION$ & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens. However, to respect our time and other clients:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time only if proper notice is given
Last-minute cancellations will result in loss of deposit
NO CALL/NO SHOWS May be denied future bookings at Saditty $alonz

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed
After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled
Late arrivals may result in A $15 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES & shortened services
